I am extremely sorry followers, I never meant to take such a long hiatus.  It's just been one thing after another in the real world, completely sapping me of energy.  I haven't given up, I swear, I am still working on things.  Hopefully things will settle down soon.

Along side 'Fallen Illusions', I have two other series in progress.  The reason I haven't posted them is because, I have no idea what direction they're headed, much less how they'll end.  But since 'Fallen Illusions' has slowed down a bit, would people be interested in them as well?  Sort of as place holders while I try to unstick what's been stuck.

I've been putting off watching the new MLP episode because, well, I have my doubts to be honest.  I'm all for bringing Discord back, that's freaking awesome, but trying to reform the King of Chaos?  Really?  Now there have been other times MLP tried doing something I wasn't sure about.  Heck, that includes the series itself!  But they always pull through, I need to learn to remember that.  Chalk it up to years of experience with bad cartoons, they've made me a little edgy.

But I'm going to go ahead and watch it in a few minutes, as soon as my muses release me from my current writing frenzy.

EDIT: Watched it, and naturally it was only about half as corny as I thought it would be.  I still think King Sombra's going to come back, and that's why Princess Celestia was so bent on getting Discords magic on the good guys side.  At the very least it obviously has something to do with that book she and Luna had at the end of the season 3 premier.

While digging through an old binder I found one of the longer unfinished stories I wrote a few years ago.  Just finished typing it up, now I just need to figure out how to finish it.  It's very different than my usual writing style; most of it didn't require much thought as it just came to me.
